The 17th Black Hills Classic Jeep Jamboree is going down on September 24-26th, 2009 in Deadwood South Dakota. The trails of the Black Hills offers a wide range of skill level with some of the most breath taking scenery. The guides are knowledgeable and friendly and the food is excellent, especially the Black Hills Stew. The trails are challenging, but for the newbie you can choose to stick to the easier ones. Even if you just drive up to enjoy the event and the scenery you will be sure to have a great time.
The Black Hills National Forest stretches for 1.2 million acres and is home to the monumental Mount Rushmore, sky-piercing granite peaks, forested mountains, grassy mountain meadows, deep canyons, cascading trout streams, and clear, clean lakes. Deadwood carries its own nostalgic, known for Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane’s exploits, is a great vacationing spot for families housing modern campgrounds to the most basics, gaming casinos, historical markers, unlimited outdoor activities, and much more.
