Carolina Crawler’s

The Carolina Crawler’s is based out of Jacksonville, North Carolina and sponsored by Jacksonville Van & 4×4 and are yet another Jeep club formed for off road Jeep enthusiasts! Their trail rides vary in difficulty from mild to wild, depending on the modification level of the trucks in attendance. One of the great things I saw about this Jeep club was the open invitation to ride with them if one was to be in their neck of the woods. All they ask is that if you know that you are going to be in their area that you shoot them off an email and let them know and if there is an event going on at the time they will give you all the details and welcome you warmly, as most Jeepsters do! Their email address is:

"You're telling me it's got four wheels, two seats and goes faster than the speed limit? Good, I'm driving."

  1. You know, the thing I like about Jeepers is that they are all friendly. I have yet to meet a mean or grouchy person who goes off road. Even contests are friendly. I’ve been doing this for several years now and some of my best friends have come from other clubs or joined ours.

  2. This is my club and these are really good people. Me too! We hang out together off road as well as other times. I belonged to another off road club but I didn’t like it as well as I like Carolina Crawlers.

  3. I bought my Jeep there and received a lot of good tips and suggestions from the dealer. I haven’t joined yet, but I’m pretty sure I will. I think being with others off road would be a lot more fun than going solo.

  4. Mild to wild works for me. I’m addicted to offroad fun and excitement. If a weekend goes by that I haven’t been out at least once, I feel deprived.

  5. I lean more towards wild than mild but sometimes it’s good to cover the whole spectrum. It keeps you grounded about things such as basic safety. I’ve attended some of the events this club has had and a good time was had by all.
