Jeep Mufflers

Walker Exhaust Kit for Jeep Wrangler YJ 87-95 2.5L & 91-95 4.0L

Your Jeep’s Muffler, the silencer of your great beast. You will know when you have knocked it off on the trail without even having to stop your Jeep, little lone get out of it and look at the undercarriage. However, although a muffler, invented by Milton O. Reeves was initially intended for reducing the amount of noise emitted by most exhaust, it also has several other advantages such as increased engine efficiency, performance, power output, and simultaneously decreased wear and tear on your engine’s components.

If you have lost your muffler while playing on the trails, you definitely are not the first and will not be the last. When you trash it on the trails, then it is a little harder to get by with a little modification work, and will have to replace it. On those occasions, check out ExtremeTerrain’s collection of Jeep Mufflers and Jeep Muffler /Tail pipe kits for you Jeep and let us help keep you legal on the streets and back on the trails.

  1. There sure is no doubt in your mind, or your ears, when you lose a muffler. I caught mine on a tree branch and pulled it right off. I didn’t mind the noise on the trail but when I drove back into town I got quite a few looks. I drove it straight to the garage where it will be repaired in a couple of days.
