Featured Jeeper – Teresa Ashton Morgan

Teresa Ashton Morgan

Today we have a female Jeeper we would like to introduce to everyone. Her name – Teresa Ashton Morgan. Yet another great female Jeeper and more.

Teresa Ashton Morgan

We asked Teresa to share a little about herself and her Jeeping experiences and she told us “My name is Teresa Morgan. I am divorced and have 4 amazing kids. I am currently studying to become a personal trainer. Physical fitness and jeeping are my two passions. I run a 2000 TJ. My favorite spot to off road is the Owhyee Desert. There are so many beautiful spots out there to wheel and enjoy the serenity!”

Teresa shared with us what her favorite Jeep off roading quote was: “My favorite jeep quote is, “It’s a Jeep thing you wouldn’t understand!”

When we asked Teresa about any modifications she would like to have done on her Jeep TJ she told us “I have so many modifications I want done. My first is a 4-inch lift, 33 inch tires, a wench, sliders, the list goes on and on!” and that the only modification she has had done was adding steps which she no longer sports.

Teresa is signing up for a couple off roading organizations, “one is Idaho State 4×4 Organization and the other is the Hillbillyrockcrew.” So if you belong to either of these clubs, look for her!

We asked Teresa when she first started getting into Jeep off roading and she told us “I fell in love with Jeep’s when I was a little girl. I rode in a jeep TJ and it was destiny! I would dream constantly of owning my own jeep and wheeling, and finally 3 years ago I bought my beautiful girl!”

When asked why she enjoyed Jeep off roading she reported “I love jeep off roading because it is an adrenaline rush, its serenity, I feel free when I’m out wheeling! I feel peace. My favorite thing part of it all though, is the Jeep family! Traveling with jeepers, camping with jeepers, there is nothing better!” In closing, we asked Teresa to share any off roading stories she had and she shared “I rolled a Jeep Cherokee once, and if I would not been in a Jeep my daughter, sister, and I would have died, my jeep saved my life!” That, I would say, is a great reason to love Jeeps!

"You're telling me it's got four wheels, two seats and goes faster than the speed limit? Good, I'm driving."

  1. I recently had the opportunity to take my Jeep into the Sahara Desert. I liked it too. I only saw one other vehicle in the 4 hours I was out there. I like the mountains better, but it was an experience for sure!

  2. I love to see you gals featured. I’m trying to talk Bev into getting behind the wheel and maybe looking to buying a second Jeep for this family. Our son is nearing the age where he’s going to be wanting to drive too. I know Bev would fall in love with it if she would just give a try. She enjoys riding but is intimidated when it comes to taking chances on the trails.
