Southwest Crawlfest January 13th – 16th 2010



Mark your calendars if you haven’t already for the Southwest Crawlfest coming this January. For anyone who hasn’t seen this yet on Southwest Crawlfest Facebook page… here is some inside info on the 2011 Southwest Crawlfest


Location: Saint George Utah Sand Hollow OHV Area
Date: Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 1:00pm – Sunday, January 16, 2011 at 5:00pm

Southwest Crawlfest is a three day full size 4×4 gathering, trail ride and clean-up event. Explore the Utah red rock backcountry on fifteen different trails that cover all ability and difficulty ratings. Graded gravel sight seeing roads to boulder filled nearly impassable trails Southwest Crawlfest has it all. The members of organizing club Rockaholics Anonymous invite you to join us this winter. We had over 300 registrants at our 2010 event and we are excited to get our 2011 Southwest Crawlfest underway!

Southwest Crawl Fest in its fourth year continues to promote land use issues and organizations. Proceeds from the $35,000 off road product raffle go to support land use organizations including: Blue Ribbon Coalition, Canaan Mountain Legal Defense Fund, RR4W Mud Fund, Tread Lightly, United Four Wheel Drive Association, Utah 4 Wheel Drive Association and Utah Shared Access Alliance.   1. It’s been on my calendar for quite a while. I requested a week off as soon as I was sure of the dates. My cousin went last year and he’s still talking about what a great time he had. We’re both heading back this time. We haven’t decided if we’ll both drive or just take turns driving one vehicle. Regardless, we’ll be there with bells on ready to give the trails our best shot.

  2. My youngest brother lives in Utah and we grew up behind the wheel of the family Jeep. I’ll be at least thigh high in Wisconsin snow in January and definitely ready to hightail it out of the area. I’ll be flying in for a 2 week visit and the Crawlfest is high on the list of must dos!
