Once off roading gets into someone’s blood, it is a hard thing to shake, if one ever does, and seriously, why would you want to anyhow? Troy had the same type of experience with off roading getting in to his blood at an early age with motorcycles through his fathers motorcycle shop. As he aged and the love grew strong, Troy Myers set out to make off roading his life when he purchased the Old gravel quarry in Attica Indiana – birthing what is now known as “The Badlands”.
Troy married well, as most off road enthusiast do, to another that also shared his dream and passion – Lisa. Between Troy and Lisa, the image grew of what all the Badlands could be. As that image grew, they continued to purchase more and more land to expand on the Badlands – now 800 acres proud and packed full of awesome terrain for all off roading enthusiast from dirt bikes to Jeeps, to ATV’s and 4×4’s. As Troy and Lisa Myers put it “It is literally a smorgasbord of off-road riding: sand dunes, pea gravel hills, bottomless mud, the tightest off-camber woods trails, extreme rock crawling, drop offs, hood-deep water, etc. You name it, it’s probably here!”
