  1. I really prefer the grid guards because you don’t have to remove them for the light to be effective. The black covers are really cool but I just don’t care for having to put the covers on and off.

  2. I broke several lights on my Jeep before I wized up and bought some rigid covers. I like the grid covers. They add a new look to the lights and leaves them workable. I think it is an investment that will pay for itself in a short amount of time.

  3. I never thought I would like light covers, but I attended an event recently and one of the guys had the exact Jeep that I have. Same model, year and color. He had the black soft covers with red and I couldn’t believe how it changed the looks of what I considered a darned good looking Jeep. I’m going to order them today and hope they get here before the next scheduled rally.

  4. Do the covers and guards actually protect the lights or are they more for just looks? I can see that the hard covers might provide a little bit of protection. They do look really cool, I just wondered if they are functional too.

  5. I like the looks of the Euro guards a lot. I don’t care for the covers much. The Euro guards add a lot to the looks of the Jeep and I’m all for making it all mine.

  6. I prefer to have my lights open and free of covers of any kind. I hit the trails at night sometimes and need all the light I can get. I’ve seen them a a few Jeeps and they look really great, but they’re just not for me.

  7. I just put on the Patriotic light covers and they look pretty darn good. I’m was a Marine and I like for people to know that I support the troops and my country. I’m one of those ‘Love it or leave it’ guys and I’m darned proud of it.
