ExtremeTerrain Clean Trails Program

Clean Trails Grant Program

In April, ExtremeTerrain was proud to launch our Clean Trails Grant Project. The project aims to give back to OHV and Off-Road communities by funding various clubs and associations across the US on trail cleanup or improvement related projects.

So far, we’ve donated:

  • $16,450
  • 3,175 Trash Bags
  • 47 Trails Cleaned

What Do You Get?

  • $350 Grant
  • Trash Bags

Why Are We Doing This?

When wheeling, safety is the most important thing to be concerned about. However, a few things that are often overlooked are the maintenance, cleanliness and obedience of a trail and its riders. These three things are getting more and more important with so many trails, both private and public, threatened to be closed on a daily basis.

One of the biggest components against the OHV and outdoor recreational sports communities is the damage it does to both the vegetation and the wildlife that inhabit the area. To counter this, it is our job to keep the trails we have in tip-top shape and not create new ones by taking our rigs off the approved and established trails.

To aid clubs throughout the US with trail maintenance related projects, we created the Clean Trail Grant Program. This program strives to keep the trails we love to ride in top shape by restoring portions of the trail that have eroded and keeping them clear of any trash or debris.
